In today’s world massage has become more than just a feel-good way to indulge or pamper yourself, but a powerful tool to help you take care of your health and wellbeing. It’s known to be helpful for anxiety, digestive disorders, insomnia related to stress, soft tissue strains or injuries, sport injuries, joint pain etc. I would say that that’s enough facts for me to make it part of my health regime.
I had the privilege of getting a relaxing and much needed back and shoulder massage done by the newly qualified European Massage Practitioner, Jon Broeke. When he approached me with this opportunity, I didn’t even think twice before saying yes! I’m not gonna lie, I’m a sucker for massages. Jon Broeke Massage, was a lovely and relaxing experience. He is kind, professional and a good masseur. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a stress relieving and health boosting massage.
Here is what you can expect:
Once greeted and led inside, Jon will go through some very quick paperwork like personal details with you as well as any medical symptoms and history that should be noted. He will ask you if there is any specific preference of the specified massage that you choose, that you would like him to focus on. Then when that’s all done you get time to get comfortable on the massage bed and when he returns the relaxing and tranquil music starts playing in the background while you enjoy the relaxing experience.
You can get hold of him in more than one way,
On his Facebook page:
Contact him on: 083 321 4290
Or email: jonbroekemassage@gmail.com
Book your appointment now! And best of all, if you can’t get to him, he will come to you.
Go enjoy a relaxing massage and see you guys soon with another post coming soon!

Aw, this was a very good post. Spending some time and actual effort to generate a great article… but what can I say…
I procrastinate a whole lot and never manage to get nearly anything done.
