What is Chanta-J?
Chanta-J is my brand name that my dad actully came up with. (CHANTAlle de Jager). I first created my blog and after a year of weekly “travel diary” entries I decided to broaden my horizons. I always wanted to do more than just the blog and had many ideas. Finally it’s all starting to come together.

What's the purpose of Chanta-J?
Starting with just my blog, writing about my personal experiences in Russia, embarking on a journey full of unexpected turns ect. I found that I want to share more than just that. In the past 5 years my love and interset in health and fitness has grown so much. It’s pure pleasure for me to find ways to be healthy, fit and enjoy life with as much self confidence in who I am while enjoying everything life has to offer. Now I want to help others find their way to a happy and confident self.

How can this help me?
Firstly, I’m no expert. Other than short coarses in sport nutrition and my training with different dance styles and completing those exams over the years etc, everything that you will find on here is through my own experiences. What I found worked for me and could potentially work for you. Even the mistakes that I made and learnt from. Whether you are a “regular” person or a dancer/athlete, looking for training tips, programs, nutrition info or an alternative yummy healthy recipe for pizza night, here you will be able to find just that and more!
